My inbox serves as somewhat as a “to do” list for me. So if something is texted to me, there’s a chance it could get lost or overlooked. I also don’t check social media DMs as frequently as I probably should so I’m even less likely to see those messages in a timely fashion. You can reach me by email Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm. I extend outside of those hours occasionally as the nature of the job presents itself that way, but those hours are when I’m most likely to respond via email.

No, sorry. This task can be rather time consuming and it’s not something I have time for given my client load. However, part of the branding process can involve me designing lots of social media templates for you that will align with your branding. That way, you have plenty of content to work with to do this on your own! I am happy to help by adding in a social media strategy discussion as part of the branding project.

There is not a straightforward answer to this because every project is so different from the next. I base my fees uniquely from client to client, depending on the project and what all is needed. You can fill out the form here to give me more details about your needs, and I can establish a quote, and we can go from there!

I typically require a non-refundable deposit that is 50% of the approved estimated fees when it’s time to begin your project. This will ensure you have reserved a space in a branding or website design slot. The other half of the payment is due upon completion of the project, before final files are delivered. If a project lasts a bit longer than expected, I typically break up the last 50% fees into two 25% payments. I require 100% of the payment before final files are provided.
I accept check, PayPal or Venmo. I also accept credit cards via my invoicing system, FreshBooks, with an additional 3% fee added to the total invoice. Payment is due within 15 days of receiving your invoice. A late fee of $100 will be charged every 7 days past the scheduled due date.
